A good course giving a basic understanding of the subject area. I learnt something new today!
Easy to operate and well presented
Nice easy to operate software platform with easy access to the certificate at the end to either download or print. A good mix or audio and visuals during the training with occasional quick quizzes to keep you on your toes. Also nicely broken up in to digestible chunks.

I have found a bit ambiguous the info about the checks that need to be carried out by the responsible person, for example there is no info about the frequency of descaling shower heads, the best practice in checking water temperatures, the stratification inside hot water cylinders, etc….
Good but…
Some of the videos did not sync. The voice could be heard but it was out of sync with the presenter
Easy to follow and user friendly
I found this gave a good basic understanding of Legionella and how it can spread, along with identifying preventative measures.
