Irritating
It should be second nature for intelligent, mature adults to care for vulnerable children and young people in any walk of life. Without being disrespectful to anyone, this seems like a course dedicated to stating the obvious. If you see, hear or suspect any untoward behaviour regarding children and vulnerable young people report it to the safeguarding person, end of story. Please for heavens sake stop the waffle.
