Very informative course.
This course was very different to the other iHasco courses I have taken as there was no narrator, images/graphics, that being said I thought it was presented in a way that was accessible and informative.

Better than previous
I much preferred being able to read the training and not watch a video
still new to me
I know some staff have commented that they would prefer to just read as this course presented but i enjoy a break from that in the form of short videos or images. Other than that this was a good reminder.
