Very slow paced
Unable to skip any sections before taking the test. Nothing new or groundbreaking in the course. Spend 40 minutes doing exercise or chatting to someone it will be more beneficial

Good but basic training
The training was very well structured, but the information provided was sometimes very basic, similar to what is taught in primary schools. I'd like to see real-life simulations and scenarios, rather than just generic information, to help better visualise potential signs of unwellbeing. For example, rather than listing foods to avoid, some recipes could be included.

Excellent
It was a really interesting course and very positive for increasing self awareness. I was looking for information to help a colleague supporting a pregnant woman/ her household to recognise their Mental Health problems not their own so will pursue other courses on this site for more specific information.
