Interesting Course
I felt the HR Compliance was interesting although a couple of the questions I found to be ambiguous and chose the wrong answer. The Wellbeing part of the course was good and relevant in today's workplace. I did wonder if the course should be split into two separate modules as they touched on different subjects and just seemed to be pushed together to make up the 48 minutes or so…
Covers the essentials for managers
This course is essential for line managers Key messages for effective management of people Not exactly HR in the traditional sense (its not going to teach how to design jobs, recruit, performance manage, discipline, etc) but its key management skills in overseeing people and thinking about management styles.
Found this the worst of the tuitorials
Out of the 4 Tutorials completed this week, I found this the one hardest to pass; it may have been down to interuptions
Useful Course
A good, detailed and helpful course. The course is well presented and easy to understand and follow. I especially found the section on mental health insightful and useful.

Very useful
The course covers a lot of areas, encouraging you to be aware of your own mental health. It was very useful as a reminder to myself, and also reinforced my understanding that the company is concerned to ensure that we are supported as members of the team.

I found the course very enlightening and informative put together in a very understandable format.
Far too long
Doesn't need to be that long, mandatory training should only be 10-15 minutes, 50 minutes is excessive, it takes far too much time to get all of the courses done
