The course was helpful and gave me and insight of how to look after my wellbeing

The course was well presented and gave all the information needed

I thought this training provided a good overview of the various elements of health and safety which apply to a home working environment in so far as it applies to the employee and the employer. It covered display screen safety, fire risk, lone working, manual handling and stress.

Very clear, instructions and information. Well worth doing.
