Nice & Easy to follow
The slides where not to long, so lots of data over less time which make these assessments better and keeps you more focused
Excellent and concise training
Makes you think about things that you may not consider when working from home, especially the section about loneliness, isolation, and work life balance.

Useful content applicable to homeworking
– I liked the fact that the content non-judgmentally acknowledged that people can walk bare feet or do laundry whilst working from home – I didn't like the fact that I could not speed up the videos, they seemed slow and dragging for me (pace of speech) – I liked that isolation was mentioned and it was suggested to connect essentially with anyone if in need – I feel mental health could have been explored a bit deeper with signs of depression, anxiety such as inability to sleep and obsessive thoughts about work, inability to switch off, perfectionism and taking longer to complete tasks, body image issues triggered by camera contact etc. – nice, that there was a 'mandate' to move however, I don't think it is justified and normalised enough – such as with a line 'normally in the office you would move around to see and talk to your colleague, have a coffee, go to fill up your water bottle, go to the toilet, go get some fresh air, lunch etc; whilst at home alone we forget to blink (leading to eye issues) – not to mention movement, and it is not uncommon to feel guilt over house chores, which prompts us not to take breaks, work over time and catch up – as we are used to 8 hours of work, rather than getting the work done – also I think there is not enough focus on neurodivergence and accessibility – and helping people to identify if they struggle more with ie. being on the camera and listening to the content at the same time, it should be encouraged here people should seek reasonable adjustments and perhaps switch off camera, or record meetings if this helps them work efficiently etc. happy to be contacted for more feedback.
Incredibly dull and far too long
