Easy to understand

Good and succinct course.

Handy Reminders

Lots of handy reminders to set your workstation up correctly and staying safe whilst working at home or away from the office

Relatively painless : )

A huge leap forward in H&S videos and presentation. The videos kept changing up narrators/presenters and viewing formats, e.g. straight to camera, situational perspectives and animation, which kept, what is a quite dry and staid subject, engaging and doable.

Well organised and presented

I think it was a very interesting course, and it provided me with a lot of information about some risks of working from home that I was unaware of

The course on risk prevention for working from home provided valuable insights into the potential hazards associated with remote work. It covered key areas such as ergonomic risks, emphasizing the importance of proper workspace setup to avoid posture-related issues, and psychological risks, highlighting strategies to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, it addressed safety concerns, such as electrical hazards and emergency preparedness, and included practical tools for self-assessment of home office conditions. The course concluded with a test and a reflective questionnaire, helping participants evaluate their own environments and apply the knowledge gained to create a safer and more productive home workspace.
