Useful tips to take into account
To be calm and listen when someone is upset is a very good thing to keep in mind
Well delivered and contained some excellent techniques.
Whilst the training was well delivered and informative. I feel training of this nature is best delivered face-to-face.

excellent course, short and to the point.
It is an excellent course. It equips you with the skill and knowledge, in how to spot aggression and violence well in advance. Then it gives you a good advice in how to diffuse and control the situation in a a safe manner. Both these skill are very important when it comes to control aggression and violence.
