Excellent Training really easy to understand and follow
Good on responsibilities for safety within the workplace, handling aggressive situations and reporting and the importance of workplace policies and procedures.
Excellent course for everyone in the work place
Excellent course, very informative as to what to look for to prevent any incident escalating in the work place & how to keep myself safe along with informative explanation to show you signs before escalation. Should be a mandatory course for everyone in a work place environment and definitely a lone worker. Thank you
