Informative, clear, simple, broad yet refined.
The course was both detailed yet simplistic, broad yet refined. It provided great physical examples to explain a someone intangible subject (taking care of a friends dog), giving it a sense of relatability and bringing the intangible into reality to better visualise it.

I was not knowledgeable on data protection prior to this course for my sins, but now I could write a whole essay on the rules and regulations!

informative and easy to understand
My only criticism of the training is that if you go back to a previous slide/video, you have to watch the whole thing again…. if you've watched the video or read the slide and you need to go back for a specific point, I think you should be able to skip forward to the point you have reached in the training.
Complex and Specialist Subject
Whilst this course does attempt to keep GDPR simple and is fairly good at doing so it is a really complex subject to understand. Therefore even passing the test does not mean I feel really competent and I would always recommend someone completes additional training if they want to fully comprehend this area and work in it.
Positive Experience
I believe this course was very telling and as a whole has gained me a fair bit of knowledge following on from the completion of this course. I would recommend this course to other users.
