Informative and clear
It was really great, but very similar to the regular GDPR course. Was hoping for more guidance for managers who have already done the fundamental GDPR course.

Useful , comperhensible treatment of a complex subject
very top-level, not much detail
I would have preferred a more detailed guide on how to handle personal data in a business rather than just the top-level advice which is freely available on the governemnt website. For example: how to handle data between Managers and HR and in between different locations within the same country and company or between the local office and HQ, etc..
Comprehensive and easy to understand
This course made it easy to understand the information provided with test after each section and short videos to allow you to process the info quicker.
All videos should be subtitled!
I insist all videos should be subtitled as I am fed up to click each video to open closed captioning. Compulsory all videos must show subtitles no matter, save my time as I spent over 2 hours

Clear and concise
An interesting course which was easy to follow. Information was clear, to the point and covered all relevant areas.
Content clear and unambiguous.
Happy with the content but when completing the test I got one question wrong so went back to that section but was then locked out of the test. It may be that I had completed it but there is no indication of how far you have got into the test. I wasted quite a bit of time trying to get back into the test only to be told that I’d passed it. Think this needs addressing.
