If I can pass it must be good!!!

There was too much background info

There were some areas where I switched off as the information was not relevant to me and will not be used in my day to day role. The background to GDPR is not relevant to me and where I have limited time in my role to undertake training it is frustrating when it feels like my time is being wasted. The course needs to get to the point sooner.

the exam questions were too ambiguous

the exam need to reflect what has been tourght in the couse work so you can fully undertand what the question is asking for

The course is one of the better ones

However, feels like it should be split in to 2 parts for ease of consumption of the material. I'm sure you can stop and come back to it but suspect most peeps grind it out. Also, and this may be an us setting, Why can I not take the test 1st?

Very comprehensive. Difficult to retain

Not for the feint hearted! Took me forever as I could not retain the lists! Not sure if it was a bit too detailed for a volunteer!I don’t expect to-be a data controller in my role.

Made me think and improve my practice.

Its important to have up to date information.

Good reminder for keeping date safe.

Personally as an LSA I don't deal with the college data about students. This trained was only relevant for the Ontrack I use to record the Learners pastoral needs.

very informative
