Good course, gave a lot of information
could be broken up with a few short quizzes or interactive slides. Short quizes would help identify weakness in any one module before the final test to help people that have issues retaining info remember key things

An excellent course that covers many of the basics of food safety and hygiene. Easy to use and follow with helpful 'add ons' throughout the process.

Important and useful training exercise
A relatively short but very useful element of training to undertake, even as a volunteer it's important to keep up to date and make sure your safe within a kitchen environment, and this helps maintain that
