Found it easier to read rather than watch the videos! Very good and easy to understand. Clear information and easy to remember.

I enjoyed the course, covering the different aspects in my own time. It truly increased my knowledge of food safety with components that can be used in our own kitchens on a daily basis. It expanded my understanding of food contamination when preparing and storing it as well as detailed the high standard of hygiene required to keep everyone safe.

I really enjoyed the course 10 out of 10

This training has given me the confidence & knowledge to put into good practice food & safety Hygiene procedures.
