Unfriendly user interface and unnecessary nonsense.
If I was actually able to find a way of accessing my assigned course I might be able to tell you but after going through all the nonsense of resetting passwords and migrating to something called 'Atlas' I gave up in frustration. Unless you make your interface a lot more user-friendly, I won't bother coming back.
