Good, extensive course.
Essential information
The content of the course the is excellent and good information following the video is very good but on just a few of the questions I had to reread them as felt the wording was a little confusing and unclear.

Good little course to do and a benifcial training program, Just got 1question wrong.But could query the question about heart beat anaphylactis as I believe your heart beat increases as well? But thanks for the courses
