I found this course, while simple to follow, easy to understand and clearly laid out making it easier to pass at the end.

Nice news for me about food hygiene, for me will be hard because English language nor first language. But I'm happy Learning something new. Thank you about this course.

A very easy to understand course. All aspects are explained well. Great for food manufacturing businesses.

Was easy to follow gave straightforward instructions and was easy to understand and complete.

It was quite boring but easy to follow and understand. This course was clearly aimed at catering businesses and professional kitchens rather than a special needs school taking cookery classes. Would have been better to have some training on how to keep these hygiene standards when working with children etc

I enjoyed everything with the course

Covered a wide range of regulatory and legal obligations. Would have been nice to know all the colours of the chipping boards.
