The course comprises 48 “bite-size” videos covering all issues of health & safety related to the”farm to fork” handling of food and drink. The co-presenters explain each topic clearly and concisely, with the key points displayed at the end off each presentation. In addition, there are highlighted links, where necessary, offering further information. This course is packed with information so required more than the 70 minutes suggested Рbut it was well worth the extra time!

This course was interesting and very well presented. I felt if I had any difficulty at all, Sam was there to give any help needed. It was straight forward well presented information. The videos were excellent.
