Clear and helpful
The course was clearly laid out with a transcript and concise step-by-step instructions. It was helpful as a remote refresher course, and will improve my competence and confidence should I be required to deliver first aid.

This was a very good online course – no unnecessary waffle, very clear and to the point. It was very simple and easy to navigate. Additional information was available for specific situations which could arise, if you felt it relevant. Very good.
