A good "intermediate" course for use between the main practical training. It covers a good range of conditions and things you're most likely to see during FAW.

Excellent refresher course
First aid at work refresher training is an excellent way to remind the first aider about the important stuff required to give first aid. I have enjoyed doing it.
Clear and helpful advice
I took a break half way through the course and came back later to finish which helps you keep focused and not overwhelmed
