It is easily understandable

Watching and reading slides is very draining. A more practical approach would have been more beneficial however with covid it is still important that this resource was available.

The course was excellent, completed everything we needed to know like we would in a class room The only part we missed out on was obviously outdoor practical where we use the extinguishers although this was covered in detail in the theory.

I found the course very interesting and informative. I thought the short sections helped to break up the course and helped with taking in the information. The demonstrations of how to use the extinguishers were very clear and equally as good as on the previous in person courses. The requirement to answer all the questions at the end encouraged you to concentrate.

Very interesting learnt a lot video and details very useful

there's been a lot of changes which i wasn't aware of, i found it really use full and i will feel more confident if ever I'm in a position that i have to control a evacuation.
