Fully aware now if there will be a fire.
When I'm doing the training, I can fully understand of what and how a fire can ignite. I love all the videos as well which makes me very aware and ready if there's a fire.

Videos are short so they don't lose the participant's concentration. Illustrations and key information clear. Demonstrations make understanding simple and easy to remember.

A very thorough but well organised process used to convey and ensure a clear grasp of the essentials.

The course was well paced and easy to follow, with clear summaries at the end of each section. I have taken a number of fire training courses and there is always something new that you take away with you. What I thought was good and very useful with this course was the demonstration of how to use each class of extinguisher.

I could not get the sound but I found the graphics and videos were very clear and explanatory.
