Best course of this type I've done. Went into more detail than expected.

Course content and delivery is fine, but having to sit through the whole thing when you know the subject is a waste of time. Would be nice to be able to go straight to the test. Make learning fun!
Very clear and straightforward
This is a good introduction for fire safety and emergency procedures. It is simple yet comprehensive enough to implement in the workplace. It's a good required resource for any office employee.

has advice for extinguishers changed?
I previously thought use of extinguishers was advised only "to assist escape" and not to tackle fires if you discover them, which was much older advice. Your training talks of tackling fires if small which is not the same as using extinguisher to only assist leaving a building.
