Explained well and very informative
A really useful course, which was delivered well, with easy to follow steps and very informative.
clear precise information
I liked that the information was clear and each section was not too long . I also printed off the information on fire extinguishers as I feel that was a weakness in my knowledge.
Clear and easy to understand.
The step-by-step course allowed knowledge to accumulate in a logical order. Being able to pause or revisit parts of the course was really useful.

Really useful !!
I found this really useful and was good to revisit this a year later to keep my knowledge up to date.
Extremely clear instructions
I found the training a very useful reminder and learned some new things too. It is tricky to remember which colour extinguisher to use for which hazard, so I may review this and make a note.
Adequate
The course was made difficult to follow at times when some of the videos cut off before the person had finished speaking. Otherwise fine
