Good course – needs a slight update

Stress is now the leading cause of sickness absence, the course needs to cover mental health, near misses, scope including responsibility for visitors, it would be good if hierarchy for risk assessment is covered. Also a risk is the likelihood of a hazardous event multiplied by the consequence. I think there needs to be a mention of asbestos and lone working and reporting property defects. Thanks, enjoyed the course, also some of the questions on stats could probably be replaced with more pertinent questions.

Concise and a useful guide to the basics

Easy to sit through, although some of the numbers such as minimum Db requiring PPE didn't stick as not essential for an office environment. When refreshing this and other products, a really useful way for identifying the work location for emergency services attendance is referencing the What3words mapping tool. I use it all the time when out on site to pinpoint the worksite.

A very good presentation

Well devised course delivered at an appropriate pace, I refreshed my existing knowledge.

Good

I felt although very informative a lot of the information was already covered in previous course eg Fire Awareness, Fire Warden, Manual Handling.

Kept breaking up on bits

Need to be made more interesting

Clear and concise
