Not all content relevant to an office
5/55 is missing punctuation: You must be given clear instruction on: Hazards and risks you might come across Measures in place to deal with those hazards and risks and you must know how to follow any emergency procedures If you don't understand an aspect of the training you are given or feel that something has not been covered, you need to ask your safety representative. 39/55 is missing punctuation: There are 5 different types of safety signboards – Prohibition signs Warning signs Mandatory signs Safe Conditions signs Fire Safety signs Most signs can communicate their message without the need… Test "If you create or find a hazard you should…" No one could possibly get this wrong so why ask it?
The course was interesting
I fear that some was to much and most of the questions could be in the reading when listing to what the man was talking about.
Good online course, but, far too long.
The course was informative and well set-out, especially, with the mini-quiz questions dotted throughout the course. It was the feature which I most appreciated, as it kept you alert throughout the course. The course was far too long when your job is front of house reception with all of the interuptions, loud background music, phone calls and customers streaming in to receive assistance. So, trying to get into the crux of the information and concentrate on the subject was very difficult. If only, our manager would put us into a silent room, where we would not be interupted for 10- 15 minutes more than the approximate duration of the course and end of course test. It would certainly strengthen the focus, concentration of subject matter for better retention, and improve the test scores. It is little use doing a course while in the throes of working.
Very basic
Good test as far as common sense goes. At times though seems to be more about an obedient rather than logical approach, making some answers less valid depending on preferences by the test maker rather than absolutely wrong. So essentially it doesn't necessarily reward thinking for yourself as much as instilling the preference to go with the absolutely best option even if it surpasses the optimal. In short, preference for overdoing it.
Very clear and concise information
It was very easy to listen too, the course provided detailed information appropriately within the short time frame of each clip.

Learned some updates I didn’t know about
Good quality course Great information
Provided important information
The person delivering the training speaks very quickly, maybe should speak a bit slower which will allow the information to be remembered.
