Right message wrong messengers
I don't doubt the importance of the message but the style of presentation is alienating in many organisations. I am operating in a tough physically dangerous environment typically male dominated where strength, physical ability and a robust attitude to criticism are important. This is the territory in which 'anti-woke' sentiment thrives. Videos of soft skinned metro-sexuals flouncing around in warm offices pontificating over lattes about how to address their colleagues sexuality are unrelatable for my team….in fact it just reinforces resistance. Sadly the issues you are striving to address are more prevalent in my type of 'Daily Mail' reading environment. Tailor your presentation format better to get through.
