I like it

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize and understand our own emotions as well as those of others. It involves managing emotions effectively, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships.

The information and technics for dealing with stress and emotional overload were useful and insightful. Especially I liked controlling the breath part. thank you

Really beneficial and engaging

The training has helped me shape my mind and learn more about EI. The knowledge I have gained will help me strengthen my EI and improve my social well-being.

An interesting intro which made me want to understand more

It was helpful to be introduced to the five elements of emotional intelligence, but would have been helpful to have gone into more detail on them, with more tips/examples, especially 3-5.
