I found the course to be informative and a good revision of previous training on this subject.
Gave me a good understanding.
I thought this course was extremely useful, especially in an office scenario but will also help me at home. This course has made me look around with new eyes assessing my office and home environment, particularly about plugging certain electrical items into multi way extension leads and the additional risks these can cause.
Good length.
Training met my expectations for a refresher. Access to the materials is useful.

It's concise and clear
The course covered the essential elements of electrical safety and was concise and clear so everyone should be able to understand what they need to do to keep themselves safe. Whilst we all would like courses specifically tailored to our own sector / environment the course does cover all of the necessary points that need to get across the the learner.
