Helpful

Although the content was helpful, as we now have to work from home, where possible, due to current circumstances, setting up a home office is very difficult if you don't have the space. However I do appreciate that this was recorded before the pandemic.

Great points and will take on board

Very helpful with noting down interruptions in the day.

A useful reminder.

I found the course beneficial. it was a good reminder about things I already knew but had probably become too familiar with and therefore not respecting the importance of every aspect. By completing the course it also gives me a sense of being valued by the company in the thought that they cared enough about me to make sure the course was completed.

It was good to see what i am doing well

It highlighted some good practices already taking place, like Brew Monday and Team meetings online. For me personally it was good to see that my work place is a good position. But, the need to maybe put things away after, will be more affective and not leave things out for the next day. I also was interested in the evidence of taking regular breaks and moving away for the pc to have dinner. I am a typical work and eat person, but I will make more of an effort . I have been told off in the past for not having a proper break. I was also interested in some of the techniques in prioritising my work and leaving things for the next day and not feeling I will just finish ,this then stop work. Over all it was interesting , not to long, some good tips and well presented

Very useful refresher. Thank you!

Clear, concise and to the point.

It is good to know that you are encouraged to take a complete break away from work and do something enjoyable to increase productivity. (knowing this takes away any guilt of not sitting at computer while having lunch etc)

Very good training

The ihasco training is always good quality and well presented. This course wasn't very relevant to me as I have been home working for 11 years and have all the relevant processes and procedures in place. I guess it confirmed that I was doing everything correctly and was good to confirm the importance of networking virtually when you can't get out and about.

Very little relevance to Support working

Might be suited to administrative staff but not to Support Workers. Also the idea that people have two laptops one for work and one for leisure is a bit ridiculous. General common sense principles stretched very thinly to create a 'course'. Waste of time. Should not be included as a mandatory party of our training suite.

Good structure and balance

Broad Overview

This is a really good course for covering all the potential issues that a home worker/ remote worker might encounter. It would give people a good insight into the issues that a H&S manager might need to consider so it enables the worker to think about it in practical as well as parochial terms
