Excellent
On Line training such as this works well with me as being a refresher it less time consuming than a class room. The refresher course is also of use as if anything has changed hopefully the changes would be incorporated into the course so we are all up to date. PS. there is a P missing form paragraph above

Interesting course
A very good course with good content and added to my knowledge in the Cleaning industry It was very easy to follow with splitting it into slides and then giving a summary
Good start
The information was good but i felt I lacked information from knowing where the assessments are stored and frequency of assessments. One of the questions was incorrectly worded on the assessment also.
