Most inclusive DSE training I've seen

Very impressed with the inclusion of alternative suggestions for those with disabilities or limited movement – I've never found this in any other DSE training I've ever had!

Clear and easier to follow but would be improved if videos could be watched at a faster pace.

Very useful information

this one a good learning curve for me, as i now know i need to change my posture thank you.

Good, but beware as SIGNIFICANTLY longer than it claims

This course is currently labelled as 28 minutes long and so I planned accordingly. It took nearly double that time even though I hurried and immediately moved from one step onto the next and did not repeat anything. That is why I can only give this course one star because it has been extremely frustrating.

Interesting and informative

Clear information and not too long, specific to your needs.

Thorough without being laboured

A course which gives clear, concise advice on how to use DSE safely – lots of great tips without feeling like a lengthy discourse or a firehose of details. I especially appreciated the acknowledgement of "fidget space" at the desk and the need for microbreaks.

very good course

enjoyed the course and learned more about DSE.

It was definitely one of the better DSE trainings I have participated in

I thought it was well paced, up to date, and interesting (as much as a DSE training can be). The only thing I would say is that it doesn't highlight the pressure that sitting for long periods of time can add to your back and your core muscles; it just seemed to focus on weight/weight associated issues when the impact on your back and your core can really limit your quality of life as well as add impact/increase the likelihood of weight gain issues.
