I thought the course was a useful reminder of what we should be doing – now we are working from home pretty much all the time since March this year. It brought home to me the fact that when I am in the office I normally have two identical large screens that I sit in front of at my work station – which are larger and more uniform that the laptop and ipad solution that I currently use at home (to try to replicate the office situation). This is not ideal and is something that I think needs addressing going forwards to avoid some of the workstation issues identified in the course.

wish I had seen it thirty years ago when I started working at a screen. the posture information is very useful.
