BAD HABITS
I think it is a very bad idea to teach people that it is not illegal to drink, eat have headphones in, use hands free and drive bare footed. it teaches bad habits even if it is legal to do so it should always be that best practices are taught. if I am eating and driving I am taking my hands and concentration off of the road.
