A useful reminder to all
The presentation was clear and unambiguous and was a good reminder for any driver.
Misleading
The video stated that flashing lights should not be interpreted as anything, the question then does not have that answer, if all that matters is what's in the highway code then that's all that should be thought, this is not a course in philosophy

This explain what we need to know about driving is short and understandable sentences
