Very interesting
Informative and engaging presentations.
Common sense
I found the content of the course common sense and there was nothing in this content that I did not already know. That said, the content was easy to follow and informative and the narrative was easy to hear – as a hearing aid wearer dictation can be hard to understand over video recordings, in this instance I found both presenters were easy to hear and understand what they were saying.

They cause brought clarity and understanding of what goes on in the work place that may not seem right to self but in reality it’s right and fair to the individual. An eye opener with was very much needed. Thanks for the clarification.
