Some conflicting information and description of bullying / harassment an artificial one
Slide 14 of 35 seems to have an inherent contradiction – assuming a younger worker will be less competent, when competence is the "combination of training, skills, experience and knowledge" [HSE wording note] to do something and then later on that same topic, the presentation goes on to say that younger workers lack experience and might need training! Why not use the same words relating to "ability" for both younger and older workers? And if what is meant by "ability" for older workers is physical ability, then say that. Whether something is bullying or harassment seems to be determined by a legal definition, but does this make anyone's behaviour more acceptable by knowing the difference?
Easy to follow

the course was good.
the training was empowering and its continuous improvement at our workplace I like it.
I enjoyed the course
informative and easy to keep up with. My only thing is the questions I got wrong were things like is something unethical or illegal etc and that was a bit of a memory game, felt unnecessary. The other questions I got right (85%) were exactly what we need to think in real life scenarios, how something is affecting someone and how we should treat others!
Brilliant, well rounded course.

Clear and informative
The information given was clear and concise. Each section wasn't too long allowing the content to be absorbed. The test was meaningful and a good way of measuring the knowledge gained.
