Mostly a good basic introduction

A generalised basic introduction to Disability Awareness training. Doesn't go into a lot of legal detail nor focuses on customer service and engagement with disabled people. Negative feedback: uses a few USA-focused concepts, particularly positing that the use of 'identity first' language is negative/detrimental when this is in fact the preferred type of language used by disabled people in the UK.

Easy to listen too and feel included

Easy to listen too and not too long as well as clearly explained. Enabling to go back and forth when you have not fully listened correctly. Enjoyed it.

A very interesting course.

The course definitely informed me of a number of things I did not know about and was very interesting. Quite a lot to remember before the test but worthwhile.
