Easy to use and understand.
The learning modules are very easy to navigate. The videos have transcript and as I have hearing difficulties I found this invaluable as assistance to me. You can pause the video, re read sections of text so I never felt like I was missing a piece of the module. Pausing the video enabled me to take notes so that I was ready for the quiz at the end as well. The summaries helped to break down each chapter into bitesize pieces that were easier to understand. All in all a great learning experience!

Took too long
This is fine for someone who has not done this sort of training before but there was duplication and you had to go through everything even if it was something you already knew.
