Too basic

The course is way too basic and test questions are so easy a toddler could answer them. You should have specific examples for unaware people to see what a phishing email looks like for example! This course provides zero help to people who are not 'in the know'

Does what is required in a concise format.

Concise but informative training. Lip syncing was a bit hit and miss but overall good.

Could be condensed

A lot of common sense but framed in an informative way.

Contains some out of date advice regarding password security

Your course contained out of date advice around making your passwords very complex (which suggests creating passwords full of random characters, symbols and numbers. In fact you state that "the longer they are the better". The NCSC now promotes the use of three random words (https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/collection/top-tips-for-staying-secure-online/three-random-words) as by using a password that’s made up of three random words, you’re creating a password that will be ‘strong enough’ to keep the criminals out, but easy enough for you to remember.

Clear and precise

I found the training easy to follow and and informative.

Excellent

I think we all need this on a regular basis as there are so many serious issues that we need to keep on top of in an ever changing world with new security scams on a daily basis.

Easy to understand

A comprehensive but easy to comprehend course relevant to my work

Clear and easy to follow

Clear and easy to follow at a steady pace.
