Good overall, but too basic with some incorrect answers
DDoS attacks are now often predicted with AI and therefore the time to resolution is faster than this course suggests. Having worked for the largest DDoS mitigation platform in the world, I know first hand that some attacks can be mitigated in minutes. Also, suggesting you call someone before emailing them is not good practice in any way. Trust but verify and ensure the appropriate software and training are in place. Lastly, most organisations have a policy to send suspicious emails to "security@" so that they can be analysed in a safe manner by the SecOps team. Asking people to screenshot and then delete isn't great for discovery and training systems appropriately.

Video is pointless
Poor internet means I spent more time waiting for the video to load or run then I did actually listening. Gave up and read the transcript, did some work, then came back and pressed next.
Covers all the basics plus sone
A good reminder of best practices when dealing with the various aspects of cyber security.
really good!
