It is informative for people who may not be aware of the dangers of using technology in today's world.
I felt the training videos were very informative to someone who may not have much experience or knowledge of the dangers people face while using social media, or even just completing daily work tasks on a computer. I already knew about the risks of opening emails from people that I don't know, or if it looks like something a person I do know would not normally send. That was part of the reason why I hadn't completed this training. It was not an email I would not normally receive so I waited until my supervisor told me I needed to complete it.
