Good

Good

The Cyber Security awareness training course for employees was comprehensive, well-structured, and highly informative.

It effectively covered key topics such as phishing scams, password security, data privacy, and safe internet practices, making the information accessible and relevant to both technical and non-technical staff. The interactive modules and real-life scenarios helped reinforce the lessons, ensuring participants could easily apply the knowledge in their daily roles. However, some sections could benefit from more frequent updates to reflect the latest cybersecurity threats. Overall, it was a valuable course that significantly raised awareness and encouraged proactive behavior towards securing company data.

Easy to follow. Good presentation

Easy and clear with periodic tasks to check understanding.

Overall a good informative tutorial.

There were a few things that I was already aware of but a lot more that I didn't know and will be using in my day to day work as well as at home.

A good course, informative and worth while.

A well presented and thought out course, explained simply but in detail, roll on next years refresher course. Danny

good & practical

see above

Informative but long winded

As above, the course gave a good insight into cyber security but some sections were quite long & could have explained the same points with shorter descriptions / examples.

It was informative. I thought I am already well-versed with cyber security topics. I learnt many new things from this course. Thanks!

Poor, oversimplified, sometimes inaccurate to the point of farce

Sections of the course vary in quality. Some are accurate and concise, while others like the VPN section are misleading to the point of being potentially dangerous by misleading users into a false sense of security about what a VPN can do. The password information is very generalised and does not apply to certain types of password. Other parts like identifying suspicious files, URLs etc. are confusing and convoluted, and unlikely to help the less tech savvy users of the course.
