Helped me understand why certain processes are necessary and be more aware of malpractice and how criminals operate.

It was too long. Most of the information was known to me and I suspect to all users. It would have been better to have had the material written down rather than having to listen to a lecturer who did not vary his delivery, making it hard to focus on him.

This is the best Cyber security Awareness Training so far I have seen.

Most of this course is the stuff kids know and understand easily. To me, an "older person" it's mundane but very necessary content. Mostly it is common sense but I have learnt quite a bit within.

So good to go over all the points again to be constantly reminded of the attacks which take place so we can actively prevent any happening to our stores & likewise to our private devices. We cant be too careful as we Never wish an attack on any organisation.
