Great course

Really important info shared. Lots we should already know but have forgotten and need a reminder of. Always lots of new stuff as this all changes so fast.

Far too long and the question that I answered incorrectly was right!

This training module takes fdar too long to complete, its no required to be this long, you could shorten it to 25% of the time and still pass the same ammount of information to someone! Also the question i got wrong wasnt wrong, it is indeed TRUE that man in the middle attacks are indeed more likely to occur on unsecured networks / public wifi and also for people who dont use a VPN.

Too vague

I rarely come across 2MFA but apparently its on all websites,,,

Very informative

Great course, very informative. Definitely made me aware how easy it would be to click on a bad link. Great ideas on how to set your passwords.

the actors voice is rather depressing,

So boring!

Yet again, stunned by how boring you make an important topic

Thorough but not too detailed

The course covered most aspects of Cybersecurity. It did not go into too much detail, so as to make the course palatable for newcomers, and keep it short enough to complete in an hour. As a technical support staff member, I'd like to see more on cypher suites and how most implementations are weak – we should all be using SHA3 512-bit with the Keccak algorithm (not the NIST hatchet job).

very informative

covered lots of areas and has improved my understanding of the risks out there . Also made me aware of areas that i don`t come across very often so has increased my knowledge and understanding

boring, makes bad recommendations regarding pop ups
