Useful course
The secure password creation course was particularly helpful.
Informative and interesting.
Gave sufficient detail on how to protect your own details and the company`s data. Great presentation.
information overload
The amount of information and the inability to go back results in the training restarting again. No way to change answers if selection was done in error
Clear and concise
would be better to test at each stage to reinforce learning than all at the end, and the links to other resources is a bit ironic as it makes you worried about clicking on the link – the info is so short about malware etc it should be within the course info not a link to a completely different site
easy to listen and understand
like to separated sections and short reminders at end of each section
The content is excellent but the process is tortuous
When pressing next it wouldn't move on. pressing the help button was no help at all as the categories given didn't address this issue. My HR was informed and today it moved on to completion. However the same has now happened with Sexual Harrassment it wont let me proceed to the test even though I have completed all aareas and they are ticked.
A good overview
I've done several similar online courses, and I think this one is particularly good. it is comprehensive enough to go through the top level if you are just refreshing, but has more detail if you need it in any particular order. It is relevant for the role without any extra unnecessary elements.
Simple and easy to understand.
The presenter was very clear and concise and the information and teaching was very simple and easy to understand.
