The course provides a good foundation for providing good customer service.
It's good to see that internal and external customers are being covered in this course because too often people forget the importance of providing a good experience with internal customers. This can easily set the tone for how we deal with our external customers. It would be good to explore the likelihood of obtaining repeat business from customers who have a bad experience and to stress the importance of exceeding customer expectations in order to maintain and grow a customer base.
