Very Informative Training
This training has given me so much more information on how to properly be part of a team in any industry. The topics are very helpful and definitely have given me the right tools to be ready for my new position. Conflicts are always part of every job may it be an office, field or store based, there will always be differences amongst the people who are working together but as what have mentioned on this course, with the right and proper way on addressing these conflicts, it may help build a stronger relationship towards each other.
