It as very good
I think it was good broken down into separate topics and to stress that conflict is common and that some aspects of resolution are more difficult than you would think particularly listening and not interrupting especially listening intently.Like many think doing a course is one thing, applying it successfully another but you have to start somewhere and a course is a good starter .

I found this beneficial as the videos were short and informative, allowing me to gain information on how to manage conflict effectively that I didn't previously know. Also made it easy to understand and follow due to visual aids and as the clips weren't too long

The Contents I learnt in this course revealed to me that, not only our judgement, thoughts or instincts are not enough to resolve any conflict but also our individual tolerance is particularly paramount.
