I enjoyed this module

It's easy to say, with hindsight, that the module is basic common sense, the application of normal standards of decency towards other humans but it is so easy to become locked into a defensive posture. It's helpful to have this approach to break out of the spiral and find a solution that is good for all concerned.

A great course which opens your mind

This course is great for those of us that may judge too much. It makes you look at yourself as a third person and realize that with all the conflict that goes on in the workplace, if faced with a degree of negativity it can and should be sorted out in a way that makes both parties leave with a positive outcome. As I have told my children, you spend a third of your day at work, so you have to be happy with the what you achieve. But ultimately, it is the people you work with that makes for a contented human being and enjoying a wonderful day!
